Meals on the Fly – Episode 2


Brussel sprouts, pecans, cranberries, garlic powder, salt, pepper & olive oil      (in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 min.)

So, it looks like this is becoming a weekly occurrence, huh?  Meals without planning ahead, I mean.   I just wasn’t feelin’ it last night (am I ever?) and we had a school board meeting to attend.

Hubby helped out this time.  Check out my our Meal on the Fly from last night:

The outcome:  I didn’t even follow the recipe to a tee.  I left out the shalIots and cloves, and I added butter.  It was delish!   But, Junior and Kid Flash had to suffer through it.  They were brussel sprouts, after all.
